COVID Reporting Requirements

Dear Players, Parents and Guardians,
With 2022 pre-season training underway, a quick note to explain the COVID reporting requirements as set out in the AFL Vic return to play protocols.
If a player or official tests positive, they should use their best endeavours to notify their Club contact as soon as possible. Please email me at [email protected].
IN YOUR EMAIL, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFO:
- Name of person testing positive (this information will not be shared/reported)
- Age group and team
- Training session / game attended
- Venue
I will then notify teammates and officials – who are identified as social contacts. The checklist for COVID contacts can be found here.
Finally, a reminder that if you are unwell, please don’t come to training/game day.
