Progress Coaching and Athlete Development – Junior Football Sessions
Progress Coaching and Athlete Development are running sessions for junior footballers (boys and girls specific sessions). These are gym and field-based sessions focussed on developing essential athletic skills for football, such as running technique, agility, speed and change of direction along with general strength.
We believe these skills are essential for young athletes to develop confidence, optimise their in-game performance and prevent injury.
These sessions are at a significant discount for FJFC members with a per session cost of $15 (normally $40).
