2023 Welcome Day

Brunswick Street Oval, North Fitzroy
The FJFC Welcome Day is a chance for families, new and existing, to visit the Home of Fitzroy to welcome the new footy season. Other attractions for players and their families include:
- The opportunity for all to join in on some footy fun on the famous Brunswick Street Oval
- Canteen including a sausage sizzle open in the BSO Grandstand
- Opportunities to meet FJFC Committee members, Club volunteers, Coaches and past players
- Girls Training Clinic* led by Emma Gaul. These sessions are suitable for players from U10G up to U14G teams from 9am to 11am. Caters for existing and prospective players. Try-outs welcome!
- Mouthguard fitting at the grandstand (Mouthguard Man – see flyer below)
- Purchase Club merchandise at the ticket box – (Freeman St corner)
- Pre-Order merchandise here for pick up on the day.

- All playing gear needed for your season incl. socks and shorts
- Merchandise Packs
- Some exciting new items
- Boot Swap – bring your old boots and swap/donate them. Old playing kit donations welcome – will be given to those in need.
- Eftpos preferred/cash facilities available
*Note: There will be a second Girls Training Clinic on 9-11am Sunday 5th March 2023 at Olney Oval, Yarra Bend Park, Fairfield. Suitable for continuing and prospective players in the U10G to U14G age brackets. Try-outs welcome! For further information contact Julie Graney at [email protected]
