Congratulations: Archie Noakes – 100 Games
July 29, 2019
From Auskick at Brunswick Street Oval to his 100th game for Fitzroy JFC, back at Brunswick Street Oval, Archie Noakes has had a wonderful football journey.
Playing club football began for Archie in 2013 when he was part of FJFC’s inaugural U9 Tackers team and its famed ‘mosquito fleet’ with mates Oscar Allen, Finlay Park and Leo Sekhon. Two Grand Finals, two Indigenous Round Medals, one seriously broken arm, and one Premiership Medal later, Archie is now a 100-game player.
Archie is a running machine, with beautiful foot skills (both sides), and acute goal sense. He’s quiet, humble, loyal, and only has encouraging words for his teammates. He is a delightful young man.
Well played, Archie!
Go Roys!
