FJFC Pre Season 2025 March Updates

Dear Roys families,

Here is some key information as we countdown to the start of the  season. 

TEAMS WITH OPEN REGISTRATIONS

We have vacancies in several age groups. If your team needs more players, please  spread the word! 

PRACTICE MATCHES

Save the date. Practice matches will be played at various venues on Sunday,  30 March. Teams will receive details in the near future. 

MOUTH GUARD & MERCHANDISE PICK UP REMINDER

Mouthguard drop off will be Sunday 16th at Deep Rock road 9-10 am.  If you are unable to attend, the mouthguards will be collected by a club representative for safekeeping. 

Our King and Queen of Merchandise,Adam and Jess will open the ticket box (corner Brunswick and Freeman Streets) from 2-4pm on Saturday 29 March for any last minute uniform needs  and to pick up pre-orders.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

The club still has some key roles to fill for season 2025. The club relies on volunteers and these critical roles for football operations. For the club to run smoothly, these roles do need to be filled, without them there is no game. 

The current committee positions include Sponsorship Manager, Grounds and Equipment Manager, and an Umpire Coordinator to support our younger (under 14 years old) umpires.

SEASONS LAUNCH EVENT

Save the date. Our first all-club social function will be from 5:30pm on Sunday 6 April 2025 (round 1) at the Fitzroy Victoria Bowling Club.
